Pirate-esque cosplay once again (Governor Elaine Marley counts as at least half a pirate)! I love the artworks of DA since I saw them the first time... But for my own costumes I don't like armor (no fem!Hawke, no Aveline) or thin elves (no Merrill) or thin witches with not so much clothes on (no Morrigan but she was absolutely perfect for ~
Makkana 
). In the end I did a group together with Makkana and her boyfriend (as an awesome male Hawke).
Weeeell, for the clothes... It's not like Isabela has that much more clothes than Morrigan. Ahem. The biggest difficulty was to appear half naked while being well dressed from head to toe. XD
Everything is made by myself - except those awesome swords. I owe my boyfriend one for all the work he put into those! They even stay on my back like maaagic... magic magnets and a metal plate under the dress. ;D (No, I'm not holding the second sword up to my back in that pic. Yes, it stays there. All the time. Until I need to fight - but it goes back there after it.
)
Other material used - jersey (dress, I'm-Naked!-Trousers), (fake) leather (armor, shoes), loads and loads of metal buckles, Wonderflex (all the jewelry), spray paint, acrylic paint, a whole lot of Let's Play episodes while painting (especially the headscarf and the "neck corset") and hundreds of little things I can't even remember.
Well, sometimes I thinl I'm a little too curvy for Isabela but hey, that's life. I love it nevertheless! I felt sooo piratey and flirty all the time...
